Are there AI usage limits?
Yes, by design. Free accounts get 30 user-triggered AI interactions per month plus per-feature daily caps (e.g. 3 resume assistant asks/day, 5 Pulse copilot asks/day) so the product stays sustainable. Pro removes the monthly cap and raises daily limits on execution tools like Job Fit, Outreach, and Deep-Dive.
Can I get Pro on a quarterly or annual plan?
Yes — Pro is available monthly ($9.99), every 3 months ($28.47, 5% off), every 6 months ($50.95, 15% off), or annually ($89.91, 25% off). Every term includes the same Pro features; pick the cadence in account billing after sign-in.
Is there more than Free and Pro?
Publicly we offer Free and Pro. Pro covers roadmap, execution, and optimisation tools in one plan. If you already subscribed under an older plan name, your entitlements stay; new checkouts use Pro.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — on a prorated basis only, not a full refund. We calculate per-day cost for your current billing period, multiply by unused days remaining, and refund that amount. Request it from Account → Payments; you'll see the breakdown before confirming. Paid access ends immediately when you submit the request. You can also switch tier or billing term anytime without canceling.
What is the 15-day pass?
