Job Resiliens

About us

An honest read on your AI exposure score, and a plan for what's next.

Job Resiliens is a career resilience intelligence platform: one free score, one shared evidence base, three journeys — Student, Professional, and Builder — each with a personalized plan instead of another "AI will take your job" headline.

What Job Resiliens does

It started with one number: an AI-exposure score for your actual role, built task by task from your real work history, not your job title in the abstract. That's still the free entry point for every journey on the platform. From there, the same underlying intelligence branches three ways — Students preparing for a first role, Professionals navigating or changing one, and Builders in the Innovations Arena creating something new. For professionals specifically, that means an editable profile and a full toolset: a Gap Scorecard that separates your durable, AI-resistant skills from your vulnerable ones, and a Capability Builder that turns your biggest gaps into a concrete, curated reskilling path with real courses and resources matched to what you personally need to learn.

Why it exists

Most of what people hear about AI and jobs is one of two moods: total panic or total dismissal. Neither is useful, because almost no job disappears as a single block — it unbundles. Some tasks inside a role get automated fast, some more slowly, and some don't automate at all because they depend on judgment, accountability, or trust built over time. The problem is that nobody hands you that breakdown for your own job. Job Resiliens exists to close that gap: turn "is AI coming for my job" into a specific, task-level answer, and then into a plan, instead of leaving people to sit with a headline and no next step.

How it works

  1. Upload your resume or sign in with LinkedIn. Job Resiliens builds an editable profile from your real work history — no manual data entry.
  2. Get your AI-exposure score. A 0–100 score plus a task-level breakdown of what's automating fast, what's automating slowly, and what's staying human in your specific role.
  3. See your personalized gap scorecard. Your most vulnerable skills are matched against a curated set of learning resources and courses to close them.
  4. Follow a structured learning charter. A weekly schedule and daily checklist to actually close the gap — then re-evaluate your score once you have.

The three journeys

Everything on the platform sits under one of three doors, all built on the same shared intelligence layer:

Student — prepare for the futureCareer Paths by Degree research, a milestone-tracked pathway plan, and proof-building before graduation. See the Student journey →
Professional — navigate the futureGet ahead in your current job, pivot to a more resilient one, land on your feet after a layoff, or work abroad. See the Professional journey →
Builder — create the futureThe Innovations Arena: capture an idea, validate it, find people who complement your skills, and build. See the Innovations Arena →

Where it's headed

The AI-exposure score is the free hook — everything else is built to answer "okay, so what do I actually do about it," for whatever situation someone is in:

RelocationPointing people toward official visa and immigration resources for the countries where their skills travel best.
Top-company movesPicking target roles and companies, then building the skill compass and learning path to get there.
The C-suite pathLonger-term leadership trajectories, not just lateral moves — part of the roadmap ahead.
UpskillingTurning an AI Exposure Score into a structured, scheduled reskilling plan with real courses.
Layoff supportA lower-cost, self-report path for people who've already been laid off, built around the same score and plan.
